Day/Module One:
CHOOSING YOUR CREATIVE ADVENTURE?
You’ll begin by getting super clear about the fundamentals of taking on this creative quest.
This is where you’ll get radically honest & call out the areas of bullshit that you’ve been living in (with great kind curiosity of course!).
This includes:
What you have built your creative life upon so far.
What you are choosing to follow & why.
What you’ve been fuelling your life with up to now. What has been the identity you’ve been living in & as.
By the end of Module one, you’ll have a stronger sense of whether there’s been an integrity gap between the life you’re living, and the one you truly wish to create. And you’ll get to choose if you’re going to continue as you are or are ready to accept the mission of your genius in this life!
Day/Module Two:
THE EDGE OF THE UNKNOWN
This is where you’ll get to play out at the edge of your comfort zone! Standing at the entrance to the cave you fear to enter, you’ll get to gently explore who, or what is guarding this place & what you believe lies on the other side. That is, what you imagine is the freedom you seek!
You’ll go on a creative play journey into the myth of the underworld, the shadows you keep hidden & the gifts that lie within them.
By the end of Module 2, you’ll have turned to say an initial hello to fear and have begun to count the ways these monsters of fear, appear, in a playful, mischievous and respectful way.
Day/Module Three:
THE ENCHANTED SPELLS
In order to ‘defeat the monsters’ you’re going to begin to learn about Safety, Strategies & Support Systems & start to touch upon how ‘madness’ & fear impact upon our creativity & the ability to create our lives.
It’s also the time to understand who & what are these monsters that have seduced us & why. You’ll get to see exactly the sorts of spells you’ve been under & how there’s a part of you that’s been secretly enjoying this!! (No, seriously, we’re all a little kinky here!!)
By the end of Module 3, you’ll have a simple understanding of your Nervous System, the song it plays, and how you can use it as a magical tool to create the capacity to dare to tread the path of the unknown, towards the life you desire to create.
Day/Module Four:
THE GENIUS INSIDE THE MADNESS
It’s time to break the spells by deepening what you’ve learned about the nervous system in the last Module, as well as gain the antidotes to fear, so that you take back your power, unshame what has been lurking in the dark places, and shed the old skins that the monsters have been living in.
By the end of Module 4 you’ll hold the alchemy of what’s inside the darkness and will have stepped into the initiation of a new identity. The one known as the Edge-Walker!
Day/Module Five:
BEFRIENDING THE MONSTERS
You’ll learn how to cosy up to & take the monsters as lovers! This is where we deepen the importance & connection to your embodiment, sensuality, pleasure & joy, & why these matter.
Gaining practices to nourish your Soul, via understanding the Dopamine System, you’ll have the power to choose freedom, & to risk entering the mystery.
By the end of Module 5 you’ll have what you need to set off on your creative adventure, knowing how to meet the monsters, risk the dark, use play as a power tool, own your sensuality, and take the next steps on your quest with safety, care, curiosity and gratitude.
